1.) Do the adjustments hurt?
Adjustments don’t hurt. They feel like a pressure being relieved in the spine and joints.

2.) Do you have to go to a Chiropractor forever?
No, Chiropractic care has a definite end.

3.) How much does care cost?
Cost of care differs from patient to patient. Costs can vary from $20.00-$120.00 a visit depending on each patient case.

4.) Do you have massage therapy at your office?
Yes! We have to massage therapist in house.

5.) Is it bad to crack your own back?
Yes! You can cause more damage to your spine than what you actually think. Unless you are properly trained to manipulate the bones of the spine you should not attempt to do it yourself.

6.) If I stretch or get massages regularly can I keep from having pain?
If there is a loss of the proper structure in your spine, stretching and massage will only temporarily relieve pain. It will not fix the improper bone structure. The bones need to be put back into the correct position.

7.) Why do I have knots in my back?
Joint’s and muscles that don’t move over time shorten and thicken creating adhesive muscle tension causing knots.

8.) What do adjustments actually do?
Adjustments position the bones in your spine so they hold the correct structure for your body to function properly.
